Ideas for Childhood and Youth Education

Prof. Dr. habil. Joachim Bröcher

Dr. Bröcher specializes in childhood and youth education, teacher education, school counseling, art education, and personal coaching, holding positions at Magdeburg-Stendal, University of Applied Sciences, Germany and at University of Cologne, Germany. He previously worked for twenty years as classroom teacher and school principal in special needs and mainstreaming elementary and secondary education. Dr. Bröcher is co-founder of the SkyLight Summer Campus, the first international gifted education program in Germany. He also served as lecturer in the field of special education at the universities of Munich (LMU), Hamburg, Gießen and Halle, besides as lecturer for creative therapies at erew-Academy Viersen, Germany.
